The Writer in Me

     I have always been a writer, I live as a storyteller. My name is Alyssa. You may have already profiled me and made assumptions about who I am due to my previous blog posts. That in itself is fine, it's human. The thing is I write and I have control, for certain blogs you may have felt remorse, anger, joy... or maybe something else entirely. I could say I caused that, but no. I have given you the resources and it's you who has the choice in how you react to the information. It's all due to your experiences. We are all people living, and our views of the world are entirely different. That's what I love. Seeing one's reactions to my words. To see their eyes, voices, and features change, all because they listened. What do you see? What do you hear? I am a door, it's your choice whether you walk in or turn away. You hold the power of your own perception, I hold the pen.
